Always ready to assist and on the departure he escorted us to the Van . One of the rare friendly Characters in Rome Going back to the Hotel after a long day makes you feel going back home.

Excelent location, couple of kms from Popolo, train station is just next door so you could be there in 3 minutes. But also several lovely parks around. Vila Borghese is not far and etruscan museum. Hotel has excelent breakfast and staff is nice, from the reception to cleaners. Special thanks to Tanja.

Breakfast was excellent. All Staff were very professional. Massimo at the Concierge desk went above and beyond to get bookings for must see events and the Roof bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly. The quality of the food at Breakfast and the Roof restaurant was excellent. The hourly courtesy bus to and from the Hotel to the Spanish Steps was also most welcome - saving circa. 15-20 euros each time.

Stayed for Coldplay concert with best friend. Well equipped facility, only flaw from Booking also gave availability of "Spa Service". I immediately reported this to reception as it was one of the reasons I had booked. Beautiful restaurant with small roof-top terrace with magnificent views. Breakfast with a varied choice for all tastes. Perfectly clean and tidy room with reception set. Staff friendly, professional & helpful! I also highly recommend the shuttle service offered by the hotel at a designated point. Thanks to the hotel staff we had a really good welcoming & journey!

The staff was professional, lovely, helpful, and patient. The room was excellent and the bed was amazing comfortable! Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining hall, the food was great and the service was lovely.
